What is the ARISE Home Garden Scheme?
This is an agricultural initiative by the Governor to encourage all Akwa Ibomites to establish farms within their households. Whether large or small, whether it's a home garden or an organized farm, the Governor wants every citizen to cultivate their own space and grow something meaningful.
This program is part of the Government's comprehensive agricultural support system.
Because Governor Umo Eno believes that agricultural revolution is everyone's responsibility, not just a few individuals.

- Receive visits and guidance from our professional Agricultural Extension Officers

Why Governor Umo Eno Started This Initiative
Since taking office, Governor Umo Eno has consistently demonstrated that agriculture is personal to him. He served as "We are building a future where every Akwa Ibomite has the opportunity to thrive.
