Welcome to the ARISE Home Farms Scheme Inspired by the visionary leadership of Governor Umo Eno, Ph.D., through the ARISE Agenda, the ARISE Home Farms Scheme is a call to action for sustainable agriculture and food sufficiency. This initiative reflects the Governor’s commitment to empowering individuals and families to grow their own food, reduce the cost of staple foods, and ensure access to fresh, nutritious produce. By encouraging the use of small, available spaces, whether in backyards, front yards, or even in containers on balconies, the scheme aligns with the Governor’s vision of transforming Akwa Ibom State into a model of food self-reliance. Join us in fulfilling this mission. Together, through the ARISE Home Farms Scheme, we can cultivate a culture of farming, enhance food security, and build stronger, healthier families.
